停用Windows 7操作系统的autorunning的方法：

每次Windows 7操作系统自动更新是不是很烦人，   为此我写了一个脚本：

@echo off disable the win7 auto running

netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled

netsh interface tcp set global autorunning level=disabled

在.text文本里面写，然后把后缀名改一下，改成.bat

然后，只要双击一个脚本就可以停用Windows 7操作系统的自动更新  ！
