下载tar包：http://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/ 解压，执行bin/pycharm.sh ，搞定！

注意查看环境要求：
System requirements

512 MB RAM minimum, 1 GB RAM recommended
1024x768 minimum screen resolution
Sun JDK 1.6. (OpenJDK is not supported)
GNOME or KDE desktop
Python 2.4 or higher, Jython, PyPy or IronPython

Instructions

Unpack the pycharm-*.tar.gz file using the following command:
tar xfz pycharm-*.tar.gz
Run pycharm.sh from the bin subdirectory

特别是jdk要求，不支持openjdk，如何添加sunjdk的方法：参考上篇Ubuntu下将OpenJDK换成SunJDK。

添加完，记得要更改JAVA_HOME为sun的jdk路径
